Jake is leading the vision of developing a sports mission complex in Chad, Africa complete with basketball courts, a soccer field and track, a handball court, dormitories, classrooms, cafeteria, etc. The land has been purchased and secured, and from here it will take $470,000 to build this sports complex. This project is so close to Jake's heart because it has been through the platform of basketball that God has opened the door in this area of the world for the gospel to penetrate into unwelcome territory. The beautiful thing with sports is that it breaks down walls that often stand between groups of people, which is a main purpose of this project.
